Manchester City got a consolation goal through Kevin De Bruyne with a superb free kick in the 55th minute.
However, William scored a penalty after a controversial hand ball was made by Fernandinho which got him sent off.
This is a massive win for Chelsea as they fight for the top 4 race, but it’s also a day to remember for Liverpool and its fans all over the world as they are finally crowned champions of England after a long-awaited 30 years.
