BREAKING: Oshiomhole Accepts the Dissolution of APC NWC, Pledges Allegiance to Buhari

The suspended National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress APC, Adams Oshiomhole said he has formally accepted the decision of the National Executive Committee (NEC) to dissolve the party’s National Working Committee (NWC) under his leadership.

On Thursday, at the party’s National Executive Committee meeting headed by President Muhammadu Buhari, the party sacked its National Working Committee and appointed a 13-member caretaker committee to manage the affairs of the party untill the a national convention is held.

However, According to Oshiomhole,  He pledged his loyalty to President Muhammadu Buhari because the real test of his loyalty is not when things are going smoothly but when things suddenly become rough.

He said,
“Of course, we have now been dissolved and I have accepted that dissolution in good fate. I have always assured the President of my loyalty.
“I know it is easy for people to speak of loyalty when the going is good but loyalty is brought to the test when the going gets really tough.”

Meanwhile, Mai Mala Buni, Yobe State Governor, has been appointed as the chairman of the Caretaker Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Senator John Akpan Udo-Edehe was appointed as the secretary of the caretaker committee.
